Puri Bunga offers breathtaking views and a lovely garden setting, but it falls short in maintenance and service. While the rooms are spacious and boast stunning valley views, they are in dire need of upkeep. Dining facilities are outdated, and the lack of flexibility on checkout times can be frustrating.

I had an absolutely serene experience at this hotel located in a stunning, tranquil area surrounded by lush greenery. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff truly made me feel like part of a family. While the breakfast options could use some enhancement, the hotel’s atmosphere more than made up for it. The proximity to Ubud’s center was also a plus for those wanting to explore local eateries.
